Artist Talk i Mottaket 14. juli 2026 kl. 19.00
Velkomen til Artist Talk med kunstnarduoen Pei-Han Lin og Tansiyu Chen, deltakarar i den første felles sommarresidensen arrangert av Aggregat Kunstnerfellesskap og Ytre kunstfagskole.
Gjennom fire veker i Ålesund får dei tilgang til atelier, verkstader, faglege nettverk og bustad, og arbeidar vidare med sitt eksisterande samarbeid innan skulptur, keramikk, trearbeid og installasjon.
Under artist talken i Mottaket vil kunstnarane presentere arbeid utvikla under opphaldet og dele refleksjonar kring prosess, samarbeid og kunstnarisk praksis. Arrangementet gir publikum eit innblikk i residensopphaldet og i korleis kunstnarane har arbeidd med stad, materiale og idéutvikling gjennom sommaren.
Arrangementet er ope for alle og finn stad i Mottaket tysdag 14. juli kl. 19.00.

Artist Talk at Mottaket

Welcome to Artist Talk with artist duo Pei-Han Lin and Tansiyu Chen, who are participating in the first joint summer residency organized by Aggregat Kunstnerfellesskap and Ytre Kunstfagskole.
During their four week stay in Ålesund, they will gain access to studios, workshops, professional networks and housing while continuing to work on their existing collaboration in sculpture, ceramics, woodwork and installation.
During the Artist Talk, the artists will present work developed during the residency and share reflections on process, collaboration and artistic practice.
This event provides insight into the residency and how the artists have utilized location, material and idea development throughout the summer.
The event is open to everyone and will take place at Mottaket on Tuesday, July 14. at 7:00 PM
